Bilingual Healthcare Customer Service Representative Onsite Position

Be the first point of contact between patients and the healthcare team. As a Bilingual Patient Care Representative, you will ensure patients receive timely assistance with appointments, follow-ups, and inquiries, always with empathy, professionalism, and confidentiality.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage patient appointments: scheduling, rescheduling, and follow-ups.
- Provide accurate information about services, availability, and procedures (non-clinical).
- Assist patients in English and Spanish with clarity and empathy.
- Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations (HIPAA & company protocols).
- Document interactions and escalate issues as needed.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or ongoing university studies.
- Fluent or advanced English level.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
