HR Assistant
We?re Hiring: HR Assistant (BPO Environment)
Are you passionate about people, organization, and fast-paced environments? We?re looking for an **HR Assistant** to join our team and support high-volume recruitment and employee processes in a dynamic BPO setting.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support full-cycle recruitment (screening resumes, scheduling interviews, candidate follow-ups)
- Assist with onboarding and employee documentation
- Maintain and update employee records and HR databases
- Provide administrative support to the HR team
- Assist employees with HR-related inquiries and escalate when needed
Requirements:
- Bachelor?s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field (or currently studying)
- 6 months ? 2 years of experience in HR, recruitment, or administrative roles
- **Advanced English (spoken and written)**
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word)
- **Basic knowledge of Dominican Republic labor laws and HR practices**
- Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism
