Incident Manager Night Shift
RPM BPO is looking for an Incident Manager to join our team in Santo Domingo, Dominican Republic.
On-site ? Los Prados
Schedule: 8:00 PM?4:00 AM (9:00 PM?5:00 AM during Daylight Saving Time)
Salary: RD$40,000 + RD$5,000 transportation allowance
Start: As soon as possible
Requirements:
B2+ English (written & spoken)
2?3 years of relevant experience
Experience with CCTV monitoring and security
People management experience
Knowledge of Microsoft Excel/Google Sheets and analytics
Strong judgment and critical-thinking skills
Main responsibilities:
Handle and escalate incidents
Monitor potential security risks or incidents and escalate them as needed.
Follow procedures and maintain detailed incident reports
Supervise staff on weekends
