We?re looking for an experienced operations lead who would like to take the next step in their leadership journey.

We?re a Business Process Outsourcing company that has clients in the US, Canada, UK, and EU and we focus on critical back office operations for our clients.

This particular role will oversee a growing group of 25 team members across several teams.

Job specifics

In-office, office located in Los Prados, Santo Domingo
$48,000 DOP Monthly
$5.000 transportation allowance
Schedule: Open/Flexible, availability to work night shift, weekends and Dominican holidays

You are an ideal candidate if:

You were a Team Lead or Supervisor who successfully trained and supervised a team
You have a growth mindset and a coachable attitude
You are process driven and focused on improvement in all areas of your work and team
You are not just organized, you live by systems and constantly improve
You can communicate clearly (verbally and written) with your team members, manager, and clients.
You are a problem solver and take initiative; if you don?t know how to do something you utilize every available resource to figure out how to accomplish it

Responsibilities Include:

Supervising day to day workload for team members.
Monitor performance/ Attendance and provide ongoing feedback and training to improve the team.
Participate in recruiting efforts to ensure you get the best talent for your team.
Handle basic administrative duties such as reviewing timesheets, timeoff, etc.
