- Execute procurement procedures for materials, equipment, goods, and tools/instruments for the Company in compliance with legal regulations and the policies/procedures of the Company, the Corporation, and the Group;
- Sourcing, draft, negotiate, and manage procurement contracts with international suppliers; monitor outstanding payables and handle project/contract settlements;
- Manage databases regarding projects, suppliers, and procurement history to support decision-making;
- Prepare periodic reports for the Board of Management on investment plan implementation, procurement progress, and any issues encountered, while proposing solutions;
- Provide professional training and guidance to relevant departments regarding investment, bidding, and procurement operations.
