Are you a hunter? Do you thrive on building relationships, closing deals, and owning your market?
Global Innovation DBA Endureed is looking for an experienced Sales Consultant to represent our brand and grow our business across the Dominican Republic. Based in Punta Cana, you'll be the face of Endureed in the region ? prospecting new clients, managing deals from first contact to close, and working alongside a high-performing LATAM sales team.
This is an independent consulting engagement built for someone who is self-motivated, results-driven, and ready to hit the ground running.
What You'll Be Doing
Hunting and developing new client relationships across the Dominican Republic
Managing the full sales cycle ? cold outreach, presentations, negotiation, and close
Delivering impactful in-person and virtual presentations to prospects and clients
Tracking your KPIs ? leads, conversion rates, cold calls, closing time, and revenue
Identifying gaps in your pipeline and adjusting your approach to keep deals moving
Collaborating with the LATAM Director and sales team on strategy and market opportunities
Keeping your pipeline clean and up to date in our CRM

Data-driven ? you know your numbers and use them to sharpen your approach
Comfortable with CRM tools and sales technology
Consistent track record of hitting and exceeding sales goals
Based in Punta Cana, Dominican Republic
Must have reliable personal transportation
Compensation & Terms
Consulting Fee: $1,000 ? $1,500 USD/month based on experience
Commission: 1.5% on all sales of thatch, fasteners, and underlayment
