Agent Support Center Agent Call center

We are seeking a customer-oriented Call Center Agent to handle inbound and outbound calls, assist clients, and schedule appointments.

Responsibilities:

Answer incoming calls and assist customers
Make outbound calls to follow up or promote services
Schedule and confirm client appointments
Provide information and resolve issues
Update customer records in the system
