Position: Sales Agent (Closer)
Location: Onsite ? Santiago, DR
Schedule: Monday to Friday, Full-Time

Overview
We are seeking a motivated and persuasive Sales Agent (Closer) to join our team. This role is responsible for engaging qualified leads, presenting solutions, and closing deals to drive revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities

Lead engagement: Connect with prospects provided by the company and build rapport.
Sales presentations: Deliver compelling product/service pitches tailored to client needs.
Closing deals: Negotiate terms, overcome objections, and secure signed agreements.
Client follow-up: Ensure smooth onboarding and maintain strong customer relationships.
Performance tracking: Meet or exceed monthly sales targets and report progress.

Qualifications

Proven experience in sales or closing roles (BPO or related industries preferred).
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Goal-driven, resilient, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Full-time availability, Monday to Friday.

Compensation

Base Salary: Competitive (to be defined based on experience).
Commissions: Attractive performance-based commission structure with uncapped earning potential.
