Job Title: Client Services Account Executive - On Site
Schedule: M-T 8:00 am - 5:30 pm / F 8:00 am -4:30 pm
Responsibilities:
-Customer Service Account Executive is responsible of handling Consumers requests and processing these into our CRM systems.
-Orders are received by telephone, fax and email.
-They are the front-line communication to the customer and help resolve complaints/returns.
-Provides help and assist in all the activities related to the department.
Job Requirements:
-Term Student or college Graduated.
-Strong work ethic and good attitude.
-Excellent typing skills and computer literacy and working-level skill with the basic MS Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, Explorer)

-Strong effective interpersonal communications
-Listening skills and attention to detail both written and verbal communication is key.
-Advance English Level
