Estimador/a Construction

Role and Responsibilities:
- Review construction drawings, plans, and specifications
- Utilize estimating software such as PlanSwift, Bluebeam, or similar tools
- Maintain organized project files and documentation
- Communicate with internal team members regarding project details and updates
- In the future- Assist with administrative and backend office tasks, including scheduling, data entry, and
general office coordination

Qualifications:
- Prior experience in construction estimating and/or construction-related roles
- Ability to read and interpret construction plans and drawings
- Experience with estimating software (Plan Swift, Bluebeam, or similar)
- Strong attention to detail and high level of accuracy and able to find hidden details in the plans
- Solid organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines

Experience:
- Experience working in the construction industry
- Experience writing detailed plans, estimates
- Strong written English required
