JOB TITLE: YBK Marketing Specialist B2C
LOCATION: Santiago

GENERAL DESCRIPTION OR PURPOSE OF THE JOB:

This entry-level role supports the leader of a marketing team, completes assigned initiatives, and supports defined marketing strategies and tactical plans. This includes executing go-to-market activities that support organizational goals such as driving buy rate and growth.
Incumbents work with the direction and guidance of a Marketing Manager or similar position to manage and complete all activities and deliverables for assigned projects.

RESPONSIBILITIES / ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

Marketing Execution
Manage execution and coordination of marketing plans to support in school marketing initiatives focused on awareness and sales.
Develop, implement, and track business-specific marketing initiatives for customers and consumers, such as print, paid media, social and JCOM/e-commerce.
Develop and create marketing materials ensuring brand guidelines are met
Assist in presentation development outlining consumer marketing initiatives for email, print, etc.
Data / Analytics Tracking
Manage promotions, track results and report on performance.
Assist in creation of QR codes and UTM tracking.
Assist in analyzing marketing data (campaign results, conversion rates, traffic etc.) to help shape future marketing strategies.
Cross Functional Support
Work with large cross-functional teams across the organization to ensure alignment and integration. Incumbent works closely with Jostens internal creative team, digital team, marketing services, legal, sales team, customer service and other key business partners.
Prepare monthly social materials and communications to schools and sales representatives.
JOB REQUIREMENTS/SPECIFICATIONS: Note that (i) computer literacy and working-level skill with the basic MS Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, Explorer), (ii) good verbal and written communication skills, (iii) good interpersonal skills, and (iv) the ability to work well both individually and in a team environment are default requirements for all Jostens exempt and salaried nonexempt employees.


Required:

BA/BS degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
1-2 years of professional marketing experience
Thorough understanding of marketing elements (including traditional and digital marketing) and market research methods
Experience in collateral development, marketing communications and overseeing digital channels (including web/e-commerce, print, email, paid search, paid advertising, SEO/SEM, social, and SMS)
Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively with all levels of the organization
Willingness to learn, demonstrate creativity, and excel in a changing (and fast-paced) environment
Proven ability to independently manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced and deadline-driven environment.

Preferred:
Social marketing experience
Skilled in writing and editing content with attention to detail
Understanding of data/analytics
