Order Management Rep/Order Entry Clerk Back Office Bilingual
Basic job responsibilities are to enter orders received from our Field Sales Representatives, Customer Service Representatives and Customers. Provides help and assist in all the activities related to the department.
RESPONSIBILITIES / ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
-Researching previous customer records
-Interpreting and entering orders based upon established product codes and procedures into AS400
-Confirmation of pricing and product offerings within line guide specifications
Initial assignment will be product specific; however additional training in other product areas and special projects is required
Job Requirements:
-Computer literacy and working-level skill with the basic MS Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, Explorer)
-Good verbal and written communication skills
-Good interpersonal skills
-The ability to work well both individually and in a team environment are default requirements for all Jostens exempt and salaried nonexempt employees.
Required:
-High School diploma or College Student
-Solid data entry and/typing skills.
-Strong work ethic, excellent typing skills, professional phone etiquette, strong effective interpersonal communications, listening skills and attention to detail both written and verbal
-Listening skills and attention to detail both written and verbal communication is key.
-On site position, must live in Santiago.
Preferred:
-3-5 yrs. of data entry experience
-Attention to detail.
-Available O.T
