Location: Santiago (ON-SITE)
Are you analytical, detail-oriented, and committed to excellence? GBS Dominicana, a growing call center, is looking for a Quality Assurance (QA) Specialist to help maintain our quality standards and support the continuous development of our team.
What You'll Do
*Monitor and evaluate the quality of customer interactions.
*Conduct quality audits to ensure compliance with company processes and policies.
*Identify areas for improvement and provide constructive feedback to agents.
*Collaborate with team leaders to strengthen operational performance.
*Analyze quality trends and performance metrics to recommend improvements.
*Prepare reports and track key performance indicators.
*Ensure adherence to established quality standards and best practices.
Who You Are
*Previous experience in Quality Assurance, Quality Control, or a similar role, preferably in a call center environment.
*Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
*Excellent attention to detail.
*Effective communication and coaching abilities.
*Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
*Ability to interpret metrics and generate reports.
*Strong organizational skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
*Good command of the English language (required).
