Quality engineer

Provide support to implement and sustain the company quality system; monitoring the results and collaborating with the design of necessary corrective and preventive actions in order to contribute to customer satisfaction and compliance with our Quality standards. Provides help and assist in all the activities related to the department.

Create and update daily reports with metrics corresponding to product quality processes in order to monitor production quality.
Verify compliance with manufacturing quality standards at both plants.
Work with Production Supervisors/managers on problem solving top defects, doing RCA's and developing action plans to correct and prevent defect
Ensure the execution of corrective actions and compliance with the dictated specifications.
Instruct the different production areas on the client's specifications, by conducting Q Alerts, and the processes to follow to comply with what is required.
Periodically audit the manufacturing processes, create reports and options for improvement when necessary.
Guarantee the updating of the materials used in production through the monthly audit of the material letters
