Lead Recruiter / Senior Recruiter
We?re looking for someone who can bring strong recruiting expertise, take ownership of the recruitment process, build high-quality talent pipelines, and contribute strategically to our hiring goals.

The role will involve:
Managing full-cycle recruitment from sourcing through placement
Developing proactive talent pipelines through LinkedIn, job boards, networking, and other channels
Conducting candidate screening and interviews
Partnering with hiring managers to understand hiring needs
Managing multiple requisitions and priorities in a fast-paced environment
Maintaining strong candidate engagement throughout the process
Tracking recruiting activity and maintaining accurate candidate records
Supporting recruitment strategies and helping improve time-to-fill and quality of hire
Potentially providing guidance and support to other recruiters, depending on experience

We?re particularly interested in professionals who have demonstrated strong recruiting results, excellent communication skills, solid sourcing capabilities, and the ability to work independently while managing multiple priorities.
