Position Overview
We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Recruiter to join our growing BPO team in Santiago. The Recruiter will be responsible for sourcing, screening, interviewing, and coordinating candidates for customer service, back-office, administrative, sales, and support roles. This position requires strong communication skills, high-volume hiring experience, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a positive candidate experience.
Key Responsibilities
Manage full-cycle recruitment for BPO and administrative positions
Source candidates through job boards, social media, referrals, and local recruiting initiatives
Conduct phone screenings and virtual/in-person interviews
Evaluate candidate communication skills, professionalism, and job fit
Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and operations teams
Maintain accurate applicant tracking and recruitment records
Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process
Assist with onboarding coordination and pre-employment documentation
Meet weekly hiring goals and recruitment KPIs
Participate in job fairs, recruitment events, and community outreach initiatives
Requirements
Previous experience in recruitment, staffing, or talent acquisition preferred
Experience recruiting for BPO, call center, or customer support roles is a plus
Strong English communication skills (written and verbal)
Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills
Ability to multitask and manage high-volume hiring needs
Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and recruiting platforms
Professional attitude with strong sense of urgency and follow-through
Preferred Qualifications
Bilingual English/Spanish
Experience using ATS or CRM systems
Knowledge of Dominican labor and hiring practices
Experience working in fast-paced or offshore staffing environments
