Who You Are:
*Experienced in customer service (experience in travel or hospitality is a plus).
*Fluent in English.
*A clear and confident communicator, both written and spoken.
*Comfortable using CRM tools.
*Detail-oriented, solution-driven, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
