Bilingual Patient Care Representative Onsite Position
Be the first point of contact between patients and the healthcare team. As a Bilingual Patient Care Representative, you will ensure patients receive timely assistance with appointments, follow-ups, and inquiries, always with empathy, professionalism, and confidentiality.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage patient appointments: scheduling, rescheduling, and follow-ups.
* Provide accurate information about services, availability, and procedures (non-clinical).
* Assist patients in English and Spanish with clarity and empathy.
* Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations (HIPAA & company protocols).
* Document interactions and escalate issues as needed.
Qualifications:
* High school diploma or ongoing university studies.
* Fluent or advanced English level.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.
