CCTV Supervisor

This position requires English (verbal and written).

This is an on-site position in our office in Naco.

This schedule is for nights and overnight.

You will supervise a team of Incident Managers and Triage operators (CCTV). Your team will monitor live security camera feeds and respond to escalations. They will respond according to the company's protocol and will be assisted with software. You'll help fill gaps in coverage and assist the team as needed.

Responsibilities include:

- Supervise a team
- Coordinate with other teams and managers
- Follow procedures detailed in incidents
- Help with overflow review of potential crimes/threats

This position requires:
