This is an in-office position, full time 40 hours a week.
Schedule: 8am - 5pm Eastern time (New York)
We're looking for an experienced Customer Service Rep to work with our client who is the leading children's books company in the world. We are interested in individuals who are responsible, have a positive attitude, and have good written English.
You'll gain first hand experience with a growing BPO and leading international company. There are opportunities to grow as we promote from within our team.
Responsibilities:
Respond to customer emails, chats
Make proper notes in the CRM / helpdesk software
Follow company procedures
Escalate tickets as needed
Requirements:
B2+ or higher English (written and verbal)
At least 1 year with customer service experience
Can follow a process and meet targets
Preferred:
Experience with Zendesk
