Location: Santo Domingo, Dominican Republic. (ON SITE)

What You?ll Do:
Assist callers with travel and benefits inquiries, bookings, changes, and cancellations via phone.
Provide accurate information about travel itineraries, policies, and services.
Handle callers concerns with empathy, efficiency, and a positive attitude.
Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues quickly and professionally.

Who You Are:
Experienced in customer service (experience in travel or hospitality is a plus).
Fluent in English (additional languages (german/portuguese/ french are a plus).
A clear and confident communicator, both written and spoken.
Comfortable using CRM tools.
Detail-oriented, solution-driven, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Passionate about travel and helping people.
