Inbound Customer Service Representative
The Customer Service Representative at SinglePoint is a professional, responsible, and goal-orientated individual who handles mainly inbound and occasional outbound customer interactions with a high degree of customer service, sensitivity and urgency. Our commitment to customer care is second to none. There are many opportunities for growth within our company and we are looking for top talent individuals that can grow with us!
We are currently hiring for is 5 days a week with a rotational scheduled between the operating hours of:
- Monday to Friday 9 am to 6 pm EST for the first 30 days. Other shift will become available
- RD$240 per hour
Responsibilities:
- Assist with customer related payment solutions and account discrepancies
- Document customer accounts accurately
- Respect and uphold privacy and protection of customer information
- Meet and exceed individual targets and performance expectations
Qualifications:
- Ability to work within a team and maintain accuracy
- Ability to work flexible shifts (if necessary)
- Strong organizational and active listening skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Proficient computer skills
- Customer Service experience is a plus
