What you'll do:
Conduct interviews with candidates, ensuring a thorough evaluation of their qualifications, skills, and cultural fit.
Coordinate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and create effective interview strategies.
Provide feedback and recommendations based on candidate assessments.
Maintain a high level of professionalism and confidentiality during the interview process.
Assist in improving and refining the interview process to enhance candidate experience and selection accuracy.
Keep track of candidate progress and provide regular updates to HR teams.

What we're looking for:
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to assess candidates? skills and cultural fit for the organization.
Attention to detail and organizational skills.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple interview schedules.
Fluent in English (B2 or higher).
PC or laptop with reliable internet connection.
