Responsibilities:
A. Administrative Support:
- Manage the President's schedule, including arranging meetings, appointments, and travel logistics.
- Organize events and coordinate all related activities.
- Prepare and edit correspondence, communications, presentations, and other documents.
- Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
B. Human Resources:
- Assist in recruiting and interviewing candidates for various positions.
- Evaluate the qualifications and competencies of potential candidates.
- Maintain and update the database of staff qualifications and competencies.
- Coordinate onboarding processes and ensure all necessary documentation is completed.
- Assist with employee relations, performance management, and other HR-related tasks as needed.
