Identify, attract, and select the right talent to meet the company?s staffing needs, ensuring efficient and timely recruitment processes aligned with organizational values and objectives, in order to contribute to strengthening the team and supporting the sustainable growth of the company.
Responsibilities
Post job vacancies on various job boards and social media platforms according to the required profile.
Screen and evaluate résumés to identify candidates who meet the job requirements.
Coordinate and conduct in-person or virtual interviews.
Administer technical and psychometric tests, if required by the process.
Follow up on the selection process, from the first contact to the candidate?s onboarding.
Keep the candidate database updated.
Collaborate with department leaders to understand the profiles needed and adjust recruitment strategies.
Prepare progress reports on recruitment processes and selection metrics.
Support induction or onboarding activities for new employees.
Promote a positive candidate experience by maintaining clear and respectful communication throughout the process.
