We are a third-party logistics (3PL) company with multiple locations in the US. We specialize in E-commerce warehousing and order fulfillment. We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented person to join our Customer Service Department. The ideal candidate will have experience in e-commerce or logistics, strong organizational and communication skills, with the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
Order Management:
Process customer orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring timely fulfillment.
Data Entry & Record-Keeping:
Maintain accurate records of orders, customer interactions, and inventory updates.
Customer Support Assistance:
Work closely with the customer service team to resolve order-related issues.
Communication & Coordination:
Liaise with customers, shipping carriers and internal teams (warehouse, IT) to ensure smooth operations.
Assist leadership with reports, scheduling, and general administrative tasks.
Requirements
Experience: 2+ years in a Customer Service role, preferably in e-commerce or logistics.
Attention to Detail: High accuracy in data entry and order processing.
Organizational Skills: Ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet deadlines.
Communication: Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Skills
Strong in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook
Familiar with E-commerce systems
CRM a big +
