The Sales Operations Supervisor is responsible for leading a team of sales representatives to achieve revenue targets, enhance customer acquisition, and ensure operational efficiency. This role involves monitoring sales performance, coaching team members, and optimizing sales processes. The ideal candidate is a results-driven leader with excellent communication skills, a strong analytical mindset, and a deep understanding of sales strategies.

Key Responsibilities:
1-Supervise and motivate a team of sales representatives to meet and exceed sales goals.
2-Monitor key sales metrics, including conversion rates, revenue growth, and client acquisition.
3-Conduct regular coaching sessions and training programs to enhance team skills and product knowledge.
4-Implement strategies to boost productivity and maintain high engagement levels among the team.
5-Work closely with Workforce Management (WFM) to ensure adequate staffing levels and schedule adherence.
6-Identify sales process inefficiencies, conduct root cause analysis, and implement improvements.
7-Ensure accurate data entry and proper documentation of customer interactions in CRM systems.

Qualifications
1- Bachelors Degree in Business Administration or a related field. Additional certifications in sales leadership or management are a plus.
2-Minimum 2 years of experience in the call center environment (Sales Telecommunications preferred).
3-Proficiency in CRM tools, sales tracking software, and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
4-Familiarity with sales analytics, forecasting, and pipeline management.
5-English: Minimum B2 level (C1 preferred).
6-Spanish: Strong verbal and written communication skills.
7-Strong ability to motivate and inspire a high-performing sales team.
8-Excellent negotiation and persuasion skills.
