*Job Description:*
We?re looking for a Call Center Manager who can take charge of daily operations, ensuring agents are up to date with protocols and delivering outstanding customer experiences. If you?re organized, a strong communicator, and enjoy leading teams, this role is for you!

*Key Responsibilities:*
- Monitor and analyze call center performance metrics, generating detailed reports to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Communicate regularly with call center agents to provide updates, address concerns, and ensure adherence to company protocols.
- Work collaboratively with HR, contracting, compliance, and accounting departments to align operations with company standards and goals.
- Implement and maintain best practices to enhance operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.
- Handle escalated customer issues as needed, providing timely and effective resolutions.

*Qualifications:*
- Must have CRM experience.
- Must have good and reliable internet with a hard wire connection.
- Experience with SharePoint and Microsoft Teams preferred.
- Must have good communication skills.
- Must be fluent and understandable in English.
- Be proficient in Microsoft Excel for tracking and organizing data.
- Proven experience in a management role, ideally in a call center or customer service environment.
- Be super organized and able to handle multiple tasks at once.
- Have a knack for solving problems and keeping things running smoothly.

- Work hours: 9 AM to 5 PM EST, Monday through Friday.
