Case Manager (Home Healthcare) ? Remote (Bilingual English/Spanish)
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Case Manager to join our growing home healthcare team. This is a fully remote opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys coordinating schedules while ensuring excellent operational support.
Key Responsibilities:
* Coordinate patient and caregiver schedules to ensure appropriate staffing coverage.
* Manage daily scheduling needs and respond efficiently to last-minute changes.
* Resolve staffing gaps and scheduling conflicts.
* Support the day-to-day operations of a home healthcare agency.
* Maintain professional communication with patients, caregivers, and internal team members.
Requirements:
*Previous experience in healthcare coordination, scheduling, dispatch, or administrative support is preferred.
*Strong organizational, multitasking, and problem-solving skills.
*Ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities and urgent scheduling needs.
*Excellent English communication skills with a neutral accent.
*Bilingual in English and Spanish (required).
Schedule:
*Saturday & Sunday: 9:00 AM ? 5:00 PM EST
*Monday ? Thursday: 5:00 PM ? 12:00 AM EST
Compensation & Employment Type:
Pay: USD $6.00 per hour.
Employment Type: Independent Contractor (EOR).
Work Location: 100% Remote.
