Job Title: Client Services Account Executive - On Site
Schedule: M-T 8:00 am - 5:30 pm / F- 8:00 am - 4:30 pm

GENERAL DESCRIPTION OR PURPOSE OF JOB:
The Client Service Account Executive is responsible for handling Consumers' requests and processing them into our CRM systems. Orders are received by telephone, fax, and email. They are the front-line communication to the customer and help resolve complaints/returns. Provides help and assistance in all the activities related to the department.
Responsibilities:
Processing Consumers requests via email and call center
Communicating with customers/sales reps-Product/program questions/Returns
Training and Education- Product/Entry
General Housekeeping/Filing
Communication with factory/Art Dept./Order changes
Job Requirements:
Term Student or college Graduated.
Strong work ethic and good attitude.
Excellent typing skills and computer literacy and working-level skill with the basic MS Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, Explorer)
professional phone etiquette
Strong effective interpersonal communications
Listening skills and attention to detail both written and verbal communication is key.
