Job Overview:

- We are seeking a friendly, organized, and service-oriented Front Desk to manage our reception area and support daily administrative operations. This role is responsible for greeting visitors, managing communications, coordinating administrative tasks, and ensuring an efficient and welcoming experience for internal and external stakeholders. You will play a key role in maintaining a professional environment and supporting various departments through timely and accurate administrative assistance.

Key Responsibilities:

Welcome visitors, provide guidance, and direct them to the appropriate departments.
Manage incoming and outgoing communications including calls, emails, and correspondence.
Coordinate courier and messenger services to ensure timely deliveries.
Receive, sort, and distribute internal correspondence among staff.
Maintain a clean, organized, and professional reception area.
Provide support to internal staff by assisting with inquiries and administrative needs.
Draft and review administrative documents such as memos, receipts, and reports.
Update and maintain contact lists (vendors, employees, suppliers, etc.).
Schedule meetings, interviews, appointments, and corporate events, ensuring proper room and time coordination.
Manage office supplies and coordinate replenishment when necessary.
Provide support during onboarding and induction processes.
Offer accurate information to walk-in candidates about available positions and hiring campaigns.

Qualifications:

- ??Education: Student or graduate in Psychology, Business Administration, or related fields.?
Experience: 1 year of experience in administrative, customer service, or front desk roles (preferred).
English Level: B2 (Intermediate-Upper Intermediate)

- Contract Type:

Temporary Position ?to provide maternity leave coverage

Work Schedule:

Monday to Friday: 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
Saturday: 8:30 a.m. to 12:30 pm
Sunday: Off
