THE POSTION

We are seeking for energetic and reliable professionals to join our team as Customer Service Agent becoming part of our onsite team. The successful candidates will be responsible for answering incoming customer calls and/or mails or chats, using company policies to solve customer issues.
Our Customer Service Representatives are often the first point of contact for customers? services issues, so we are interested in hiring individuals with a commitment to customer satisfaction and an ability to make quick and accurate decisions.

WHO ARE YOU?

You are a People's person and you are committed to service results.
You have 1 year Call Center experience with tickets, CRM or ERP softwares (mandatory).
You have advance English communication and written skills (mandatory).
You can work from our office in Gurabo.
