The Revenue and Retention Junior Manager drives sales performance and customer retention by training, mentoring, and motivating a team of sales representatives. This role ensures a high-performance culture, consistent execution of sales processes, and continuous skill development across the VoiceTeam organization.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead daily coaching sessions (individual and group) to enhance sales techniques and product knowledge.
* Implement operational strategies to boost productivity and meet KPIs.
* Monitor and analyze sales performance (conversion, retention, SPH, etc.) to identify trends and execute action plans.
* Design and deliver training content for new hires and ongoing agent development.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize processes and align business goals.
* Foster a positive, goal-oriented, and collaborative team culture.
Qualifications:
* Bachelors degree in Business administration or related field.
* 3+ years in a supervisory or managerial role, ideally within sales or contact center operations.
* English level: B2 (Upper-intermediate).
* Preferred: Certifications in sales/retention, 2+ years of call center and operations management experience.
Core Skills:
* Strong communication, coaching, and leadership abilities.
* Proven experience in sales strategy and performance management.
* Data-driven decision-making and problem-solving mindset.
* Familiarity with CRM systems, Microsoft Office, and communication platforms.
