Role Description:
As a Customer Retention Specialist, your main responsibility will be to prevent cancellations by effectively communicating with customers and highlighting the benefits of staying with us. You?ll actively listen to concerns, offer personalized solutions, and ensure customer satisfaction while maintaining a positive brand image.

Qualifications:

Strong customer service orientation
Proficiency in computer skills
Fluency in English
Ability to thrive in a team-oriented environment and collaborate effectively
Excellent problem-solving and negotiation skills
Not previous experience required
