Job Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Talent & Culture Coordinator to ensure compliance with labor laws and internal policies while supporting HR processes across VoiceTeam. This role manages accurate employee records, contracts, and benefits, while acting as a liaison between Talent & Culture and other departments to promote efficient operations, employee satisfaction, and compliance.
- ?Key Responsibilities
Ensure compliance with Dominican labor laws and company policies by preparing and submitting DGT-3, DGT-4, and DGT-9 forms, registering new hires in TSS, and processing employment contracts with the Ministry of Labor.
Oversee the vacation process in compliance with internal policies and labor regulations.
Manage benefits administration, including health insurance (SFS), dependents registration, and IDOPRIL reports.
Coordinate payroll adjustments, including salary changes due to line-of-business movements or promotions.
Process employee exits, manage return of company assets, and deactivate accounts in all systems.
Serve as a liaison for labor relations, supporting positive employee relations, conflict resolution, and adherence to labor standards.
Maintain up-to-date employee information and ensure data accuracy across systems.
Enter employee information and updates in the companys HR software (Newsoft).
Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Minimum 3 years of experience in HR, wellness, culture, or compliance programs.
English Level B2: able to communicate confidently and professionally in English.
Technical knowledge of TSS, IDOPRIL, SISALRIL, DGT forms (3,4,9), and payroll systems.?

Certification in Labor Relations, Human Resources Compliance, or Organizational Management.
Experience in multinational or service industry environments.
Advanced knowledge of Dominican labor law and HRIS platforms.
