Job Overview:

We are seeking a proactive and creative Wellness & Culture Coordinator to strengthen our organizational culture and support the physical, emotional, and social well-being of our employees. This role is responsible for designing and executing programs that enhance engagement, recognition, and a sense of belonging. You will collaborate with internal partners to ensure a positive employee experience from onboarding onward, contributing to a healthy, inclusive, and high-performance work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

- Plan, develop, and execute wellness and culture programs focused on employee engagement and well-being.
Organize internal events and activities that reinforce company values and foster a positive workplace culture.
Create communication strategies that promote transparency, recognition, and collaboration.
Measure program effectiveness through data, feedback, and reporting, driving continuous improvement.
Coordinate recognition programs to motivate and celebrate employee contributions.
Build partnerships to support wellness resources, benefits, and employee development opportunities.
Work closely with leaders to strengthen a culture of well-being and mutual support.
Ensure cultural alignment and consistent wellness standards across all sites.
Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Human Resources, Communications, or related field.
Minimum 3 years of experience in wellness, culture, or employee engagement programs.
English level: B2, able to communicate confidently and lead initiatives in English.
Preferred Qualifications:

Diploma in Organizational Culture & Change Management
Certification in Corporate Wellness & Employee Well-being
Diploma in HR & Organizational Development
Certification in Leadership & Emotional Intelligence

Schedule:
Monday to Friday: 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM
Saturday: 8:00 AM to 12:00 PM
