Job Overview:
We are seeking a strategic and passionate leader in Human Talent Management to design and implement comprehensive programs focused on development, well-being, and organizational culture. This role will be essential in enhancing the employee experience, promoting a healthy work environment, ensuring regulatory compliance, and aligning talent strategy with business goals.
Key Responsibilities:
o Lead the strategic direction of the Talent & Culture function, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
o Design, implement, and evaluate programs related to talent development, succession planning, and leadership training.
o Promote and maintain a strong organizational culture that reflects the company's values and mission.
o Oversee compensation and benefits programs to ensure market competitiveness and internal equity.
o Manage performance evaluation processes, set KPIs, and ensure follow-up through coaching and feedback.
o Drive initiatives related to employee well-being, engagement, and mental health.
o Ensure compliance with labor laws and internal policies, acting as a strategic partner in labor relations.
o Analyze HR metrics and dashboards to make informed decisions and continuously improve HR processes.
o Lead organizational change initiatives and support leaders in change management strategies.
o Supervise, mentor, and develop the HR team to build strong internal capabilities.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
o Bachelors degree in Industrial Psychology, Business Administration, Human Resources, or related fields.
o Masters degree in Human Resources Management or related disciplines (preferred).
o Advanced English proficiency (spoken and written).
Professional Experience:
o At least 8 years of progressive leadership experience in Human Talent or HR roles.
o Proven track record in implementing high-impact organizational strategies.
o In-depth knowledge of the Dominican Republic Labor Code.
Experience in:
o Designing and managing compensation and benefits plans.
o Performance management, career development, and organizational culture programs.
o Labor relations and execution of corporate well-being initiatives.
o Budget management and data-driven decision-making.
Key Skills and Competencies:
o Strategic leadership and strong influencing capabilities.
o Analytical thinking with a results-driven approach.
o Excellent communication, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills.
o Proven ability to lead transformation and drive cultural change.
o Proficiency in HR technologies (HRIS), performance evaluation platforms, and data analysis tools.

Salary: To be discussed based on candidate profile and experience.
Schedule: Monday to Friday from 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM and Saturdays from 9:am to 12:PM rotative as required.
