Based Salary of $400 USD + Commission
*Promotions are eligible after 3-6 months due to Performance Evaluation.

Qualifications:
Sales experience.
Work remotely.
Bilingual speaker. (English & Spanish)
Experience in telecommunications.
Knowledgeable in technology.
Adaptable, fast learner with the ability to creatively find customer solutions
Duties and Responsibilities:
Developing strong customer relationships with consumers.
Resolving customer queries in a quick and professional manner through phone (Outbound, Inbound, Email. Text message).
Eager personality to create company experience for the customer, vendors, and providers.
Provide accurate information about the company?s products or services including its platform and answer questions.
Escalate any technical support issues when encountered to the correct department.
Manage and take ownership of the resolution process for all customer-related issues to the final resolution.
Keep confidential records and financial information private and secure.
Record details of customer contacts and action taken ? document in systems and use ticket system.
Sell the program with a minimum quota of 10 a month.
