We?re looking for a detail-oriented and customer-focused individual to join our team. This role involves handling post-order support and ensuring a smooth experience for our customers from inquiry to resolution.
Key Responsibilities:
Respond to customer inquiries via phone and email regarding orders, tracking, returns, and product info
Document customer interactions accurately in the system
Coordinate with manufacturers and freight carriers to resolve issues
Follow up on returns and ensure customer satisfaction
Qualifications:
2+ years of customer service experience preferred
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Highly organized with attention to detail
Proficient in Outlook, Word, and Excel
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
