As a Customer Onboarding Specialist, your key responsibilities will include:

- Assisting with Successful Implementation: Support customers in successfully implementing our products, which may involve API connections or code embedding from the outset. Extensive knowledge of the product is essential for this role.

-Resolving Technical Issues: Possess a thorough understanding of how the product functions and be capable of addressing any technical problems or issues that may arise with customer accounts.

-Educating Customers for Immediate Success: Use your industry knowledge to offer key insights and contextual support to help customers succeed from the start.

- Collecting and Acting on Customer Feedback: Gather user feedback to enhance the onboarding process. Utilize in-app surveys and data collection to implement findings that improve the experience and increase customer satisfaction.

-Addressing Customer Inquiries: Respond to customer queries promptly to prevent churn and frustration, ensuring their needs are met in a timely manner.

- Implementing Onboarding Tools: Manage onboarding tools that provide valuable analytics and insights, ensuring alignment across departments.

- Proactively Engaging with Customers: Reach out to customers at the first sign of trouble to improve trial conversions and overall satisfaction.

-Monitoring Setup Progress: Track the setup status of customer accounts and offer guidance on the next steps.

- Demonstrating or Troubleshooting Features: Conduct scheduled calls or video meetings to demonstrate or troubleshoot product features effectively.

- Requirements:
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in Customer Support, Account Management, Customer Success, E-commerce, or a related field.

- Experience in Customer Onboarding, the SaaS industry, or Recruiting is a plus.

- Proficiency with E-commerce platforms, CRM systems, Customer Success tools, or Help Desk software.

- A proven track record of meeting objectives and embracing new challenges

- A Bachelor?s Degree.

- Technically savvy with the ability to quickly learn new products and explain them to others.

- Analytical and creative in finding solutions for customers.

- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.

- Strong ability to prioritize, multitask, and manage time effectively.

- Passionate about improving processes and delivering an outstanding customer experience.
