As a Recruiter at Xploy Solutions, you will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process while ensuring a high-quality experience for both clients and candidates. You will play a key role in identifying, screening, and coordinating with potential candidates to fulfill client staffing needs.

Key Responsibilities:

Demonstrate mastery of the English language with exceptional verbal and written communication skills.

Utilize Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, etc.) with a strong focus on Excel proficiency.

Quickly adapt to and leverage company-provided tools like Webex or other communication platforms.

Maintain a professional demeanor and image at all times.

Apply excellent problem-solving skills and demonstrate a high level of organization and attention to detail.

Show sensitivity to client needs and maintain strong client relations.

Exhibit a keen sense of urgency, time management, and the ability to prioritize tasks.

Handle multiple candidates simultaneously with ease and efficiency.

Demonstrate familiarity with HR processes and recruitment best practices.
