Position Overview

The Marketing Specialist B2B supports the marketing team leader in executing assigned initiatives and implementing defined marketing strategies and tactical plans. This role contributes to go-to-market activities that support organizational goals, including increasing buy rates, customer engagement, and business growth.

The successful candidate will work under the guidance of a Marketing Manager or similar leadership role to coordinate and complete project deliverables while collaborating with cross-functional teams across the organization.

Key Responsibilities
Email Marketing & Campaign Management
Develop and execute email marketing campaigns for prospects and customers to drive growth across assigned business units, product lines, or products.
Implement marketing campaigns designed to optimize Salesforce pipeline development.
Utilize Salesforce Marketing Cloud to create targeted campaigns through customer segmentation, data analysis, and lead generation.
Develop sales representative email templates and monitor engagement metrics and campaign performance.
Assist in analyzing marketing performance data, including campaign results, conversion rates, and website traffic, to support future marketing strategies.
Marketing Execution
Coordinate and execute marketing plans that support customer-focused initiatives, increase brand awareness, and drive account growth and retention.
Develop, implement, and track business-specific marketing initiatives across multiple channels, including email, print, social media, and JCOM/e-commerce.
Assist in creating presentations and marketing materials to communicate campaign strategies and results.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and successful execution of marketing initiatives.
Collaborate closely with Jostens? Creative, Digital, Marketing Services, Legal, Sales, and Customer Service teams, as well as other key business stakeholders.
Qualifications
Required
Bachelor's degree (BA/BS) or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
1?2 years of professional marketing experience.
Strong understanding of traditional and digital marketing principles and market research methodologies.
Experience developing marketing collateral and managing digital marketing channels, including:
Web/E-commerce
Email Marketing
Paid Search & Paid Advertising
SEO/SEM
Social Media
SMS Marketing
Print Marketing
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across all organizational levels.
Demonstrated creativity, adaptability, and eagerness to learn in a fast-paced environment.
Ability to independently manage multiple priorities while meeting deadlines.
Preferred
Experience in social media marketing.
Strong content writing and editing skills.
Knowledge of marketing analytics and data interpretation.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Exceptional attention to detail.
Strong time management and organizational skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities effectively.
