Requirements
Degree in Clinical Psychology( preferred), Healthcare Administration, Communication, or related fields preferred
- Advanced / Bilingual English proficiency (spoken and written) required
- Previous experience in healthcare customer service, patient coordination, medical offices, clinics, healthcare support, medical tourism, insurance coordination, or related environments preferred
- Experience in call center, patient relations, outreach, or client communication roles is highly valued
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Ability to conduct independent online research and identify potential opportunities
